In the traditional sense, luxury weddings are defined by their price tag: The more expensive the wedding, the more luxurious. At Kimberly Rose, luxury means more than a dollar amount. We believe in a luxury planning experience where we provide our clients with the highest level of service, resulting in stunning events and delighted faces. Our President, Melanie Jannicelli Shutt, personally plans each full-service wedding. She utilizes an in-depth, hands-on approach to guide each client seamlessly through every stage of the planning process.
With a gift for building strong, trust based relationships with our clients from the beginning, Melanie and team will make the wedding planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as is humanly possible. More robust than the average day-of or month-of coordination package, our Luxury Management services are ideal for the clients who want to do all the planning on their own, but also realize the benefit of having someone on-site to manage the wedding day.
While this package is comparable to most day or month-of offerings, we take it a step further. We firmly believe that a planner cannot come in a month or less before a wedding and properly execute a successful event, which is why we carry our philosophy of creating a luxury planning experience through to our Management clients.
Wedding Management services rely heavily on proper pre-planning from the client. In order to ensure each client has set themselves and their vendors up for success, we prefer to begin working together shortly after booking. In the post-booking intake meeting, we discuss creating the first draft timeline and floor-plan. We encourage our clients to share these documents with vendors as they book, which aids the vendor in preparing accurate quotes and proposals. Setting each wedding up for success is crucial! Armed with proper timeline and floorplan information, our clients experience a more stress-free planning experience as they navigate the wedding world. Our dedicated planner is largely available to our clients throughout the process, ready to answer questions and offer advice.
